Alina founded Retalent Agency 7 years ago, pre-pandemic before other companies realised the advantages of remote vs. on-site work. Combining her knowledge and inborn empathy, she became successful in recruiting and started to search for strong teammates to expand. A bit later, experienced recruiters joined the team, which has significantly boosted the capabilities of a full-fledged company through the roof.
We run on EOS. Retalent’s mission is to help entrepreneurs build a team of talented and highly qualified experts. We value cooperation with our customers and enjoy the appreciation we get from our clients, and are always happy to know that our company contributes to their success.

Yenne is a Talent acquisition and Executive assistant; she ensures that everything within the company is well organized and set and top candidates flow to our hands.
