Alina founded Retalent Agency 4 years ago, pre-pandemic before other companies realised the advantages of remote vs. on-site work. Combining her knowledge and inborn empathy, she became successful in recruiting and started to search for strong teammates to expand. A bit later, experienced recruiters joined the team, which has significantly boosted the capabilities of a full-fledged company through the roof.
