Like many founder-operators, Mike found himself increasingly buried in administrative work, email management, scheduling, customer service, and the many small tasks that accumulate around a growing business. All necessary, none of it work that only he could do.

We handled all sourcing and initial vetting, presenting Mike with a shortlist of genuinely strong candidates, each with a clear, structured summary so he could evaluate without spending hours on it. He hired the very first candidate we presented: Abril, based in northern Mexico. She's been with him for over a year and a half.

Mike also chose a plan that included a guarantee period, meaning if the placement didn't work out, he'd be entitled to a full replacement at no extra cost. As it turned out, the guarantee was never needed. The hire worked from day one.
